I have knit plenty of socks before, but I have never had to darn one before. This bad boy got snagged on a nail in my doorway. I have no clue how to go about darning this. Any suggestions?

This is the Every Way Wrap from IK Fall ’09 that I entered in this year’s Ravelympics. I bought the yarn at a summer sale at my LYS and finished about half of it, but Christmas knitting took precedence and it sat for a few months. I entered it in the WIP-Dancing event, and cranked it out to cross the finish line! I’m so glad to have this finished!

B is for the books they are reading

The library in my town just went through a massive remodel and expansion. It opened back up today and I had to go check out the changes. This mural goes completely around the dome and the skylight in the center of the library. It has always been a part of the library, but I had never really noticed all the little people reading different books. Enjoy!
